I have 14 years of experience working as a Nutritionist and 7 years with Metabolic Balance.  Metabolic Balance­ is the healthiest and most effective programme I have found for addressing weight and hormonal issues which are at the root of so many health concerns. It’s a powerful and life changing plan with sustainable benefits. I will guide you through every stage and you will eat well and nourish your health for the future. 

Please note that I run an online clinic and see clients via  FaceTime or via telephone if preferred. I find this effective and convenient for most people.
