I'm a Clinical Naturopath and Metabolic Balance® Practitioner with a special interest in women's health, fatigue, weight loss and migraine. My practice is located on the Coffs Coast, NSW - and I also offer Metabolic Balance® through telehealth and online consultations.

As a qualified naturopath, I provide support to clients with nutrition, herbal medicine and lifestyle advice. My personal style is warm, caring and approachable with a huge amount of empathy.

Migraine is a special interest and focus of mine. I support women living with migraine to get their life back, and as a result, I’m also known as “The Migraine Naturopath”. I've found Metabolic Balance® to be very effective for people with migraine, which is why I offer this in my clinic.
